The Prop firm Traddoo has announced a strategic change from its former forex-focused business direction to futures trading upon a new deal signed with TradersLaunch.
The changeover comes after the company ceased collaborating with FunderPro and shut down operations for two months. The latter resulted in a contractual restriction in which the firm could not sell forex trading services for an entire year.
The firm said, “It was time to future-proof our operations.” “The same live capital allocations we brought to FX—now available for Futures Traders.”
The US-based prop firm has earlier achieved several integration milestones, including adding famous futures trading platforms Volumetrica and NinjaTrader. They also set up the main trading infrastructure via TradersLaunch.
Currently, Traddoo is finalizing some of the essential operational elements like communication infrastructure, payment processing systems, and KYC procedures. The firm still expects to wrap up preparations in the coming weeks and fully deploy its futures trading services.
The Trending Futures Domain
Several prop trading firms have entered the futures market over the past few months. These include Crypto Fund Trader and its Crypto Futures Platform, and The Funded Trader, who launched The Futures Traders. More traditional FX and CFD brokers are taking an interest in the fast-changing world of prop trading.
The potential for high returns and diversification the sector offers is the main driving force of these transitions. Futures provide opportunities to leverage capital and make gains on both rising and falling markets, making them particularly appealing for firms focused on high-frequency trading and quick returns. As technology and market access improve, more firms see futures trading as a vital avenue for growth, competitive advantage, and profitability.
